### 1. VINData AAMVA Report Endpoints

**Description**

New API endpoints for AAMVA VINData Reports allow users to generate or access reports. The Generate Report endpoint creates a new report for a 17-character VIN. The Access Report endpoint retrieves existing reports within 90 days.

- **Endpoints**
- **Generate Report -** `GET /v2/vindata/generate-report/aamva/{vin}`
- Generates a new **AAMVA VIN Data Report** for the specified **17-character VIN**.
- Generated reports remain available for **90 days**.
- **Access Report -** `GET /v2/vindata/access-report/aamva/{vin}`
- Retrieves a previously generated **AAMVA VIN Data Report**.
- Reports remain accessible for **90 days** from the date of generation.
- **Pricing**
- **Generate Report endpoint - $1.4 per call** for generating a new AAMVA report.
- **Access Report endpoint - No charge** for accessing an already generated report.
- Each successful request to the generate endpoint incurs a charge, even if the VIN report has been previously processed.

- To access the VINData AAMVA endpoints, you must accept the Terms and Conditions under the Licensed 3rd Party APIs section in the API Subscriptions of the [Universe Dashboard](https://universe.marketcheck.com/api-subscriptions). ## Optimizations



### 1. API Release Version in Response Headers

- **Description**
- To improve API version tracking and debugging, response headers now include details about the requested, served, and upgraded API versions.
- These headers are only included in responses for Production environment.
- **Key Headers**
- `requested-from-version`: The API version requested by the client via `x-version` or `x_version` header. If not provided, it defaults to `"default"`.
- `served-by-version`: The actual API version that processed the request.
- `auto-upgraded-version`: Indicates if the request was automatically upgraded to a newer API version. If the client requested an older version (e.g. `V4.0.0`) and was routed to a newer one (`V4.1.0`), this is set to `true`.
- **Response Headers**

`requested-from-version: V4.0.0`

`served-by-version: V4.1.0`

`auto-upgraded-version: true`

### 1. Non-Numeric ZipCode Search

**Description**

We have fixed an issue where searches for non-numeric zip codes, such as in CA Inventory Search and UK RV Search, were not returning results.
