Support Channels

Email Support

Contact our technical team at support@marketcheck.com for:

  • API integration assistance
  • MCP Server installation and configuration issues
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Account configuration and API key issues
  • Data accuracy and tool response questions
  • Feature requests and integration guidance

Required Information

For API issues, include:

  • API endpoint URL
  • Request headers and parameters
  • Error messages and response codes
  • Expected vs actual behavior

For MCP Server issues, include:

  • Python version (python --version)
  • Transport mode (STDIO or StreamableHTTP) — or "Hosted" if using the hosted server
  • MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, custom app, etc.)
  • Error messages or unexpected behavior description
  • The specific tool name and parameters that caused the issue
For API issues, include request headers, payload, and exact error codes. For MCP issues, running the server with --debug produces verbose logs that help our team diagnose problems faster.

System Status and Outage Communication

Check real-time API system status and scheduled maintenance updates at our Status Page.

Whenever we detect a system-wide issue, degraded performance, or downtime, we immediately:

  • Post an incident on the status page
  • Update its progress and resolution timeline
  • Notify subscribed users with email alerts

Turnaround Times

Our support team is based in India and operates during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM IST). We aim to respond to all support requests within the following timeframes:

  • Critical issues (e.g., complete outage, server down): Within 4 hours
  • Server setup and API key issues: 24 hours
  • Standard support requests: 24–48 hours
  • Account-related inquiries: 24 hours
