Email Support

The primary and fastest way to get help is via email. All support requests are managed through Zendesk:

Sending an email here creates a support ticket automatically. This is the most reliable way to raise new tickets, ask questions, or report issues.

Slack Support for Enterprise Clients

For enterprise customers — especially those with multiple feeds or historical data subscriptions — MarketCheck also offers a dedicated Slack channel. This provides faster, team-to-team communication.

Turnaround Times

MarketCheck aims to respond within the following timelines:

  • Critical Issues (delivery failures, major data issues): Under 24 hours
  • Regular Issues (queries, minor data problems, feature requests): 24–48 hours (guaranteed within 72 hours)

Delivery Reliability

Daily feed deliveries are highly reliable. MarketCheck has never missed a delivery. In extremely rare cases where a delivery is delayed:

  • An email notification is sent in advance
  • Notification includes the cause of delay and the updated ETA
  • Standard delivery times: 8 AM UTC (UK) and 1 PM UTC (North America)
