Optimizations

1. Addition Of VIN Check Digit Check & Decode Mode In Basic VIN Decoder - We've added two new keys in basic decoder response to help better ingest the API response - is_valid (To indicate whether the check digit is correct or not) and decode_mode (To indicate whether decoding was done based on full 17 characters of VIN or using it's squish VIN)
