  43. Description: New parameters, redirect_to_active and redirect_to_latest, ensure users are always directed to active or the latest car listings.
  44. redirect_to_active: Redirects users to the active listing if the current listing is inactive.
  45. redirect_to_latest: Redirects users to the latest listing if the current listing is inactive.
  46. When both redirect_to_active=true and redirect_to_latest=true are set, the redirect_to_active condition takes precedence.
